We stayed here with our family this weekend and was delighted with 1 rose cottage. Beautifully decorated, charming and extremely cosy. Really didn't want to leave. Exceptionally clean and well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Location is stunning and close to local facilities highly recommend!!

We stayed at Rose Cottages this weekend and loved it! Dog friendly, amazing location, house is spotless, homely and has everything you need. Loved the log burner, a must for autumn. These cottages are an absolute must to visit the Staffordshire countryside ?

We loved our accommodation. High quality. Scrupulously clean and well equipped. Good bathroom and en suite shower room with the main double room. We were staying over for our son's wedding and everyone who popped in thought it was lovely.
Very close and convenient for the Ashes Barns. Would recommend.
Given the fact that everyone showers these days we all took turns in the shower rather than use the hand held shower attachment over the bath.
Plenty of heat and hot water when we needed it.

What a wonderful place to stay - beautifully presented 3 bed roomed cottage with sumptuous family bathroom and lovely en-suite for the master bedroom. Plenty of room for the 6 of us with a well appointed kitchen, dining room with big sofas and a separate snug lounge, enclosed and furnished garden perfect for the dog and well set for a BBQ.
We were here for a week exploring the Peak District and it was such a pleasure to return to luxury after a log day walking. Also well positioned for many other attractions including Alton Towers for the thrill seekers.

Nice cottage same about the leaking ceiling in the kitchen though the lites parent put the lights on guest incased it blew the electric

Stayed for 2 nights for our grandaughters wedding at the ashes barn wedding venue Well equipped cosy cottage pub just down the road what more do you need would recommend these cottages
