Great selection of merchandise, high prices. If you're looking to speak with someone knowledgeable about pools, go somewhere else. Poorly staffed, and I suspect they're underpaid. Poor on customer experience.

Update: 3 months later and yet another time that Leslie’s wasn’t open during posted business hours. Went at 9:50am to see a handwritten sign on the door saying “late open”. I wish it wasn’t the closest pool store to my house! Ugh! Went to B&B again and got what I needed.

Posted hours show 9am opening. 45 mins later, no one was at the store today to open (same as a previous reviewer stated a month ago). Called another store nearby to confirm and he said “that location can’t get their act together”.
Went to B&B Pools and got everything we needed there this morning.

Best thing is free water test, then the bad part. The results. But a couple hundred bucks and some information on application from the staff there, a print out from the computer on the analysis of the water. And your pool too will sparkle.

You know you're short staffed when you dont have anyone to open your store when... Sign says they open at 9am, it's 940am , the lights are off, doors are locked. Wasted 5 miles driving here.

Got a hot tub for Xmas and have no experience with chemicals or maintenance. The lady working was so nice, and walked me through everything I needed, suggested money saving tips, and gave me her card to call for any questions. Excellent service thank you!

Brian was extremely helpful with my recent issue with my vacuum. He made a temporary repair free of charge and let me know it was just a matter of time before it failed again. Absolutely no pushy sales pitch either! I decided right then and there no more running around looking for deals. Brian just gained a full time customer.

Brian is garbage. I went in there with my pool cleaner to just get new tires weeks ago. He told me I also needed a few gears. Had everything he told me that it needed done for $140. Brought it home and the cleaner wouldn't move straight, only in its turning position (pool cleaner worked before I brought it to him, after he had it it did not work). Brought it back and Brian told me I needed another wheel and another gear for another $80. Brought it home still didn't work. Brought it back and Brian told me I needed to find a pool guy because the cleaner worked perfect and there was a problem with my pool. Got a pool tech to come check it out and he told me it was definitely the pool cleaner. Brought it back AGAIN for the 4th time and left it with someone else at the store. Went to go pick it up and Brian tried to charge me another $25 for more gears, but told me that the pool pump was the problem, not the gears or the pool cleaner. I told him I had a pool technician come to the house and verify that it was in fact the pool cleaner that was the problem and he told me to "get a new pool guy because the guy I hired doesn't know anything." Low and behold after the last 2 gears Brian replaced the pool cleaner works fine now! Nothing like throwing parts at the problem, charging the customer and getting lucky after me going back and forth for 3 weeks. I work in contractor based retail and throwing contractors that use Leslies as one of their suppliers under the bus and talking down on them is completely unprofessional. I will never be back again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to do business with them again. Extremely disappointed in Brian's professionalism.
