What a helpful man! Rang to arrange for my Shark Vacuum to be repaired as the suction wasn’t right. He asked lots of questions as to cleaning of filters etc. Talked me through everything. Turns out the one thing I hadn’t done revealed the issue. Lost some business but I will certainly go there if I need to and recommend!!!

Excellent service. I called today as I was servicing my Dyson DC07 and didn’t have the right tool. He kindly offered to take a look for me. I took down the vacuum cleaner and offered to take a look for me FOC. I bought a filter kit as thanks for his good will. ?

Took my Dyson to the Vac Shop today as it needed new belts and filters. The gentleman sorted the problem out immediately and what we paid we considered to be very good value for money. He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again, thank you once again for all your help.

Could not get my Dyson DC25 fixed locally so travelled 25 miles to Preston.Saw "JACK" in the VAC SHOP. He took 10 minutes to fix it while I waited.Nominal charge. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

We paid just shy of £50 for a service and filter. At the time of drop off I told them that the brush wasn't spinning. The machine came back as dirty as it went there. The brush still wasn't spinning so I 'serviced' it myself and the brush is now spinning. I can't tell if the filters were even changed. I recommend Preslec which is just around the corner
