We put in a central vac from Mountain Central Vacuum when we built our house 21 years ago. The vacuum unit has worked great and still runs perfectly. As expected, over the years, things have worn out (the power head, the hose, the switch on my handle, etc) but I can always call and Jason has come to my rescue. He is so nice, friendly, and helpful and always knows what needs to be fixed. They have great customer service. I highly recommend using them for your central vacuum needs.

Jason has been over a few times and is always helpful and friendly. He got us set up with a new vacuum head that is amazing and made sure all the connections around the downstairs motor were in working order. Recently we had a small repair that I really should have been able to figure out myself but he was very kind and patient and fixed it for me, and helpfully showed me what to do just in case it happens in future.

This is a great company! Mountain Central Vac installed our in home vacuum system 10 years ago and have always been there to help us with it. Today I spoke with Marcie who helped me trouble shoot why my vacuum wand wasn't working. She talked me through all the steps and we found the problem and fixed it. All I needed was a $3.00 belt and I was able to change it myself. I appreciated the time she took to help me which saved me stress and money.

This will be my first review ever, but I felt the service I received from Mountain Central has been exceptional. I have used their company for twenty years and the service just keeps getting better and better. I love they are a family owned business and they care about the customer. I am in a remodeling mess and I needed immediate help. Jason was here quickly and gave me superior service and I was able to stay on schedule. I will never go anywhere else!!
