Very nice community! Manager Kim and Tabitha are super helpful.
The security measures will make you feel very safe. It’s clean and quiet. Everyone I have met are friendly and helpful. Shopping, restaurants, and groceries are close by. If you don’t like freeways there are many alternative route’s.

My parents live here and absolutely love it. We love it too. This place has changed management a couple times, which were mediocre but this new management is great. Very responsive and accommodating with residents. Residents are close knit and respect each other, the rules amd guidelines. They are friendly to one another and greet each other in a days passing. This has helped my parents ease into retirement while maintaining healthy and engaging interactions but more importantly companionship. The Cottages have a very clean campus. They have many activities to keep residents healthy. They have a great fitness center with the right amount of weights and cardio equipment. The next floor has a great movie theater that is spacious and comfortable. Moving up a a fantastic craft room that keeps residents occupied. And lastly, a roomy library that has 2 computers. There's also a really nice common area where residents can mingle.
Overall, this is a wonderful community for mom and dad that allows them friendship and interaction with many others.

To the greatest management ever, Kim Tabytha, PeJay and Ubaldo, you make living here the best it has ever been. I have been been here a long time. We have wonderful dinners that are great, our events are so fun, along with making fun crafts. There is no place like this to live, and enjoy every minute. If you need anything, any one of you are there to help or answer any of my concerns. And above all always with a smile and how can I help. Thank you for all you do .

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Haven't lived in an apartment for over 50 years at college, so I was just a bit hesitant. The management and maintenance folks are outstanding! The apartments are lovely and the location is just great. I highly recommend the Cottages on 7th!

Pay your rent on time for years and get turned into to a collection agency while living here when you didn’t even know the added $ 164.00 to your bill. Crooks !

The excellent management skills of Kim and Tabatha are evident in all that they do for us. Tabitha is a great bingo host. I appreciate the extra effort she puts into all our bingo sessions.
All of the events that Kim and Tabitha plan and do are appreciated.

There's a wicked click there who act like they're 12-year-olds. I guess when you get old you revert back to a childlike state and most cases? I've met a couple nice people. But the men there are seriously bitter. The security is nice though. The location is amazing. Too bad the people inside weren't grateful for what they have.

its a great and safe place to live. close to shopping and entertainment. But the office has had turnover so no one really knows what is happening at the property from one day to the next. My rent since Greystar took over has increased over 22%. they have charged my account with various out of complience fees, just to take them off when I show them I am in complience. this has happened time and again with this new management group. DO NOT trust htem to report your rent for credit porposes, they will screw it up, and your credit in the process. But every property has its problems. I still like living here.
