O carro estava com defeito elétrico avisando que algum pneu estava seco.
Na hora da retirada nos queixamos, o funcionário disse que era somente elétrico e podia dirigir. Pedi para checar a pressão dos pneus, mas ele disse que não precisava.
Perguntei se existia opção de trocar por outro veículo, mas responderam somente que não tinha outro veículo da mesma categoria, mas que o carro estava seguro de dirigir com esse problema elétrico.
Durante a viagem de Frankfurt para Wurzburg ficou acendendo um alerta no carro para ligar para o SOS.
Acabei mudando o meu intinerário para não dirigir por longos períodos com receio dos alertas do carro.
A checagem de danos no veículo é você bater foto… mas lhe pedem pra assinar no tablet como se não tivesse nada.
Sem falar que o vendedor disse que se o carro desse problema, teria que pagar a taxa de assistência, mas fornecendo carro com problema elétrico.
Experiência muito ruim de locação.

BE CAREFUL!! Never rent a car from this office!! If so, block your credit card for online transactions, because they may extra charge without a reason.

It has been almost 2 months that they stole extra 3 days from my credit card. I tried calling more than 30 times and sent more than 10 emails to enterprise Deutschland and USA. Started more than 10 claims and talked with central office for more than 5 times. But never got a solution for the incorrect invoice. The only answer I can get is that, the problem is forwarded to the office manager via internal messaging system, which is I never believed. Because, if that would be the case there should have been a reply. The Frankfurt hbf office never replies and never answers the phone. I rented the car from Frankfurt hbf on 14.06.2024 and dropped off in Stuttgart hbf on 15.06.2024 as agreed in the "Car Rental Agreement" but they charged 4 days without a reason. I attached the photos of returning the car to the Rental Representative in Stuttgart hbf.

Please if some one visits the Frankfurt office tell them to call me, my reservation number is 4Q7WV6, car plate number WI-T7998E.

If I had seen this Google reviews first, I might not have rented here.
But I had a perfectly good experience here, unlike anything I've ever had before. The vehicle was very clean and in great condition,good price and the staff upgraded me to a diesel vehicle for free. I even received a Christmas present. Thank you so much Mr. Denis. Thanks to you, I will have good memories not only of your company but also of Germany.

Just an amazingly, amazingly bad experience.

Hard to find, then a super long wait which they make you do in the hotel lobby for some reason.

The car I had reserved was not ready on time, so they forced me to upgrade if I wanted a car without an additional wait.

Returning the car was an hour long treasure hunt - put the car in one place, keys in a different parking garage elsewhere, that you can’t find then can’t get into without tailgating someone.

I cannot recommend avoiding this shop strongly enough.

Perfect location at the main station in Frankfurt/Main. Very friendly and helpful team, especially the lady at the reception that morning. The gentleman at the return was just as friendly. The car war easy to get and to return and was a great car for my purposes. Great!

Update: Kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen: Kompletter Scam. Auto zurückgegeben. Angeblich war alles in Ordnung. Abends wurden mir plötzlich 1050 Euro zusätzlich von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Im Schadensreport war keine Beschreibung des Schadens, keine Fotos, nichts. Heute Morgen wurde dann noch einmal die Anmietung plus 1050 Euro angemietet. Es geht keiner ans Telefon. Unbedingt vermeiden.

Ich habe schon mehrmals ein Auto hier gemietet. Leider war es jedes Mal eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung:
- Ich bekam ein verdrecktes Auto. Als ich darauf hinwies buchte man mir 250 Euro von der Kreditkarte ab fürs Saubermachen.
- Auto hatte hinten einen Schaden. Als ich dies reklamierte wurden mir 1.100 Euro von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Nur nach 11 Monaten und mehrfach Androhung eines Anwalts bekam ich sie wieder.
- Bei der vorletzten Anmietung hatte mein Freund plötzlich nasse Beine wegen eines Külwasserschadens. Leider ging in der Filiale nie Jemand als Telefon und wir mussten mit dem kapputten Auto in Urlaub fahren.
- Ich hatte eine Anschlussbuchung gebucht in der gleichen Klasse. Als ich fragen wollte, ob ich das gleiche Auto behalten kann, ging dort 5 Tage Niemand ans Telefon. Zahlreiche Kontaktaufnahmen über Alamo direkt und Check24 scheiterten. Als ich einen Tag vor der neuen Anmietung in die Filiale ging sagte der Mitarbeiter mir, dass er den Vertrag nicht umschreiben würde. Ich müsse meinen neuen Vertrag stornieren und noch einmal zu einem deutlich höheren Preis neu buchen, damit er dies mache. Als ich meinte, dass ich sehr oft bei Alamo miete und auch unsere Firma und er dann ja ein Auto weniger sauber machen müsse, wurde er sehr unverschämt und sagte mir: "Wenn ich möchte, dass sie hier noch einmal morgen vorbei kommen, auch wenn dies ein 2 Std Umweg für sie ist müssen sie das machen. Da haben sie keine Chance." Auch ein Hinweis, dass ich auf eine Beerdigung müsste war ihm total egal. Eine totale Machtausnutzung des Mitarbeiters.
Bei einer früheren Buchung hatte ich bereits erlebt, wie der selbe Mitarbeiter einer Frau gegenüber sehr unfreundlich wurde, weil ihr Zug über eine Stunde zu spät war. Auch hier sagte er ihr, dass sie ihren Vertrag stornieren müsse, wenn sie ihr Auto bekommen möchte. Ich nehme an, dass der Mitarbeiter hierfür mehr Provision bekommt, als wenn das Auto über einen Fremdanbieter wie Check24 gebucht wird und dies deshalb Kunden rät. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Braucht man nicht.

I can only agree with all the other reviews. This is a total scam. Stay away from it! They hide costs wherever possible. It is near impossible to find all these costs and fees in the contract. After returning the car they then charge extra on top of all the hidden costs. We returned the car without damages, full tank, all clean and no issue whatsoever. In the end still got charged 1600€ instead of the signed 961€. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Alamo!

Try your best to avoid renting a car here. It is a total scam. They are ripping us off by charging 1050 euros deductible. A good suggestion from another reviewer is that blocking your card after you return your car!! They haven’t sent us any damage report but they have tried to debit your card. First they try 800 euros, if it does not go theough, they try 600 euros, then 400 euros and then 200 euros.
