This stay was incredible. Everything about it was perfect… the location, the community, the space itself. We felt luxurious. We had friends on the resort street and I was so glad to be just removed from it. It was quiet. Finding the condo was EASY, Checkin was EASY, we had everything we needed. I’ll stay here again. My friends in resort row also loved it and plan to stay here instead of resort row. Thank you so much! There are plenty of grocery stores and food nearby.

Sorry I don't have better pictures of inside! We just thoroughly enjoyed it and I didn't take as many pictures of the premises as I thought! It's beautiful.

We’ve been coming to LaQuinta for 18 years. We started using VRBO renting California vacation villas and the more we come we are noticing how sparse, sterile and stripped down the rooms have become. There is a large corner of the room that has room for at least a small table and two chairs but there is only a large ugly garbage can in the space. There is another corner that a chair could fit but again nothing. The stoppers in the sinks don’t work, No bed skirt and dirty furniture. There are no dressers and only four hangers so not cozy nor functional for a long stay. We’ve come here for years and will just start to rent directly from the LaQuinta Resort itself. It’ll be a lot cleaner and nicer. The walls are also dirty and scratched. No longer worth it for the price.

On top of all this, we never received an email nor text with the door code to get into the room. We had to call VBRO and spoke to Quinn who was very helpful but she couldn’t get a hold of anyone at California Villas so took over half hour of being on hold before we got the room code and made us late for our event. (Not Quinn’s fault, she was very patient and helpful.) We should get at least a night refunded to us or some kind of credit. Again, for the price we are paying, not worth it.

I would be concerned about booking with this company. I received an email with a confirmation for someone else’s trip. I replied stating such, and instead of accepting that it was someone’s mistake, Yahayra asked me if I wanted to cancel this poor person or family’s trip. They’re continuing to send me emails instead of calling and confirming with the person that originally booked.

Update: I am still receiving emails with person information of the people staying. It clearly shows a correct email.

We originally booked the Casita (studio) for 7 days, we LOVED the unit and the resort so much we extended our stay by 5 days. We are from B.C. Agency is good for no complication vacation. The places are always clean, hassle free, no issues or worries about making or hearing your neighbors. Extremely pet and kid friendly. The process are amazing for what they offer to guests. The only issue I have encountered in numerous stays is the customer service and willingness to try to help when you need extension. I have not had success but one time in several stays to extend or check out late or check in early. Great accommodations easiest of bookings but stick your time table there is little room for extension. I will continue to use them and recommend them. Great rental properties!

Definitely worth the trip. It is very clean and spacious. My family and myself had more than enough room and enjoyed the quiet after hours. Pools were amazing and checking in is so simple and lets you enjoy your stay before you even get there. Definitely recommend!! The property was amazing! Loved the convenience of the pool and the views. It accommodated my family and myself wonderfully and everything was just as it is shown. Easy check in and check out and absolutely no complaints. Definitely a place I would love to stay at again.
