I will be honest have always felt very welcomed and treated with professionalism. Maria know me by name and she is so sweet. I do wish we could have the option to choose our bills when using the ATM. Hope it’s a feature that can be used in the future.

I used to be a member of a United Financial Credit Union. This corporation bought them out and closed my 20 year old credit card due to one period of unemployment and missed payment. Note they were not easy to work with. I paid their credit card balance off and do not wish this company on any one else. This company will treat you like a criminal is if you are past due and ruin your credit. They are not your typical credit union, steer away.

Went here to withdraw money while on vacation to disneyland. My bank is in co-op with this CU. They would not allow me to. Ive gone to numerous CUs around the the US and have never had a problem withdrawing my money from my account. I answered every question they asked correctly because its my account. To be denied access to your own money is frustrating especially while on vacation. I hope one of their members never has to experience the inability to access money from their account if traveling. Such a huge disappointment.

I went there to break a hundred dollar bill so I can buy some fruits and vegetables at the farmers market... But they would NOT give me 5-20's for a 100 dollar bill, because I did NOT have an account there.... This is the worst bank or credit union ever. DO NOT GO INTO THIS BANK, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU !
