Je pense que cet établissement est la définition même de belles vacances. J’étais dans une chambre apparemment avec une belle cuisine équipée une espace buanderie et un magnifique salon donnant sur une terrasse vue mer. Pleins de petit plus, la plage facilement accessible le parking couvert, la piscine et le plus beau pour moi la possibilité de voir un lancement de fusée de sa chambre d’hôtel ou de la plage. Tout est bien. Il ne faut pas se fier à la déco un peu dépassée des lieux on se sent tout de suite bien.

We rented a 2 bedroom unit - excellent view - very clean and spacious. Parking is right next to the building with plenty of spaces. Great beach access and the location is super close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an older property. Given its age, it is reasonably well-maintained. Our two bedroom unit is actually quite large. We enjoyed the extra space. Many places advertise a heated pool. This pool actually is heated. Excellent access to the beach. And close to plenty of places to get good food.

Excellent location. Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Walking distance to everything.
The service is amazing. They go out of their to ensure your stay is top notch.

After reading some of the reviews I was worried at what I had gotten my wife and I into. After we got to the resort and settled in I was wondering if I was at the wrong place. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views from unit 520 were spectacular. We watched the cruise ships coming in and going out from Port Canaveral. Location is great. We found a new favorite restaurant in Cocoa Beach, Nolan's Irish Pub Food and service great. All in all a wonderful place to stay if you are ever in Cocoa Beach. We will be back.

Friendly staff, and very helpful. It is located right on the beach with great views. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Pool and hot tub are perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

The location is amazing and the view is beautiful of Cocoa Beach! The restaurant on the 1st floor was amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing. Really kind people and the rooms were very nice and delightful

Great location to grocery, restaurants, beach. Easy travel to Space Center attractions. Daily activities, cafe on 1st floor, pool and hot tub, and exercise facility too.
