My updright vac wasn't working. I did everything I could to fix it and made no progress. I took it in and they promptly found a paint brush lodged somewhere and fixed the vacuum. Much better and faster svc than the 'old school' vac repair shops if you know what I mean. I will continue to be a Dyson customer due to the great customer service I received after the purchase.

Not what I expected. I thought I would have to come back or maybe even wait on parts. Not the case at all, he had it repaired while I was waiting, and the price could not be better. Super happy about not having to buy a new dyson.
Sucks to hear they got broken into, I hope the thief catches a never-ending case of dysentery.

Excellent experience here! Was very busy and the employees here were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (not to mention efficient!). Shout out to the Australian gentleman for quickly fixing one of our vacuums and giving us a detailed prognosis on the other (that they don’t make parts for anymore).

I took my out of warranty vacuum in for repair. I expected to drop it off and pick it up another day. However I it was repaired with no charge in 20 minutes. Pleasant and competent service that exceeded my expectations. I own multiple Dyson products and will continue to be a fan of the brand.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The product was advertised for delivery before Christmas, but it arrived six days late. I had to scramble to find a new gift just two days before Christmas. When I contacted customer service, they apologized and said the leadership team underestimated the demand. This is unacceptable for a company charging premium prices. I will not be purchasing from this brand again.

I had such a bad experience and will not ever buy a Dyson again. I had an issue and called customer service they looked me up and said just take it in bc I’m covered. I get there and they were super rude. Saying now I needed the receipt and the online system even though it says I’m covered isn’t. When i purchased it a month ago and what does she say to me? Did I buy it at a store? I felt like saying no i stole it from someone’s house and she just said come back with a receipt to prove it. So I wasted my time driving 45 mins and was told one thing but left completely unsatisfied and will tell my family friends and work never to get Dyson. Found the receipt but I’ll be returning it now at Best Buy. Thanks for a horrible experience. Would never recommend

I can no longer justify a $500 vacuum in a 750 sq ft house lol. I find it amusing that a vacuum store is always packed with people needing a vacuum cleaner serviced. I need to consider my options 🤣🤣🤣 They do know their dysons!

Mike, Amy and Try nie (sp?) were amazing! The level of customer-centric service I received is about to be extinct. Don’t lose them and that culture. Mike almost convinced me to purchase a hair dryer and I’m bald. Great team, great service, great experience!
