Had a great experience renting a car from these guys. After learning about our trip to Key west, Hector gave us a couple of tips and even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a larger car but we stuck to the mid sized SUV. We rented a Chevy Equinox which was a pleasure to drive. Extending the return date was also fairly straight forward via the customer service line. Rob greeted me with a smile at the return and collected the car. Smooth experience!

Had the most unbelievably ? brilliant experience from Bengy at Enterprise at Coconut Grove. I rent a lot of cars from various companies across the world but this was the ‘best ever’ ! Gen !!
Bengy was so helpful and accommodating when we had to make some changes on our return.
Great customer service - a Super guy, super experience and we’ve told all our local family and friends to contact Bengy at the Coconut Grove office already!

I had a terrible experience with this location. I reserved a specific car and received a confirmation, but when I arrived—with a small child—not only was the car I reserved unavailable, but there were no other cars available at all. To make matters worse, there was no estimate of when any car, of any kind, might become available, and I was offered no alternative solutions whatsoever.

I wasn’t the only one dealing with this chaos. The location was full of people in the same situation—couples, elderly people, families with children, and travelers with luggage, many of whom had just arrived from or were trying to get to the airport. All of them had confirmed reservations for various cars, made well in advance of mine, and yet none of them received the cars they reserved—or any car at all. No one was offered any meaningful assistance or solution to the problem.

On top of all this, I spent $50 on an Uber to get to the location, plus same amount to go back. The company refused to reimburse me for that cost or cover the cost of my return trip. The manager told me to contact Customer Service, claiming they would handle it. However, when I called Customer Service right in front of the manager, I was informed that it was entirely up to the manager to approve any reimbursement. This means the manager blatantly lied to me instead of taking accountability.

This experience caused me to lose my commitments, waste my family’s time, and endure unnecessary stress, especially with a small child. I would not advise doing business with them.

I had a reservation (I made the reservation in mid November) for 28 December but they didn't have the van I reserved. I was extremely frustrated that Enterprise accepts reservations for cars that they can't provide. Luckily, the Branch manager, Bengy was able to get us a van early on the 29th. It wasn't great but at least we only missed 1 day of our vacation. Bengy was a star in a very frustrating experience!!

Had a confirmation number. NO CAR. They told me I could pick it up at the airport so I went there. NO CARS! Not only that, the airport location said they were on a complete different system. Clearly they lied about the car being at the airport to get rid of me.
