Ein Wort: Katatrophal.

Die Adresse führt einen an den falschen Ort (direkt vor den Hauptbahnhof zu den Taxi-Ständen).

Nachdem man durch verschiedene Internetforen herausgefunden hat, wo das Parkhaus zur Abgabe ist (Hbf Süd neben Flixbus Station), muss man versuchen den unglaublich schlecht beschriebenen Anweisungen zur Abgabe folgen.

Mir tuen die Menschen leid die sich nicht mit dem Internet auskennen oder wenig Erfahrung mit Mietwagen haben.
Es ist wirklich traurig, dass eine Firma wie Europcar so einen schlechten Service bietet.

Buchen Sie hier wirklich nicht wenn Sie sich Stress und Panik ersparen wollen!

Avevo noleggiato online una Volkswagen POLO 1.0; con cambio manuale a 5 marce, ma in sede di ritiro a Francoforte mi hanno fornito una Hyundai Kona 1.6 benzina con cambio automatico. Che dire, esperienza fantastica con una macchina unica nel suo genere.
Con i suoi sensori di parcheggio, la retrocamera e la telecamera davanti, il DAB+, i sedili e il volante riscaldabile; è stata un'esperienza di guida sensazionale e fantastica. Alla prossima avventura di guida!

Auto für 8:00 Uhr reserviert, Schalter nach Aushang ab 7:00 besetzt, außer einer Schlange von Kunden ist noch um 8:30 kein Europcar Mitarbeiter hier. Europcar Hotline kann auch niemanden erreichen und sagt, man solle geduldig sein und warten. Das nenne ich „Rückenwind für ihr Business“. Ich weiß nicht wie es Europcar hält, ich bin gerne pünktlich.

The worst ever sales man was in the counter today his name was “Wemken”. It was the second time talking to him to find a solution for my problem in finding a suitable car but always the answer was “i have nothing to do for you” or “NO!”. This time before the ending of our contract his colleague searched for us and told us that there will a similar suitable car as we are requesting to be suitable for my father who’s on a wheelchair. but when we came today “Wemken” was on the counter and again with the “i can’t help you” and he doesn’t even want to try as his colleagues were doing. Also when we tried to ask if we can take the car and transfer our belongings form the old car then give the key back he said “i cant because i don’t know you” which means it’s okay to help someone you know but not okay to help a customer in the same way. (As a solution for this problem is to first have the new car with the new contract we have then transfer our belongings and return the car but no need to find a way to help us as we are not someone he knows.)
I like EuropCar but when you visit this branch i totally don’t recommend “Weemken” if you need help.

Thankfully next day, Temo was the one who was always helpful and he was very caring to satisfy the customer as he even tried his best to chech everywhere to find a suitable car and at the end he convinced us into have the higher car so we happily payed more for it thanks to his convenient ways of trying to help us with everything he can. That is the difference between having a good sales man who can give good customer service and a one that doesn’t care because he doesn’t know them personally.
Much appreciate Temo’s help to solving the problem. I highly recommend him for anyone to have a perfect customer service ask for him.

I returned the car on time, giving the keys to europcar staff as recommended in the e-mail. They sent me a invoice with a wrong return time (5 minutes later than the tolerance) to charge an extra day. At that time I was on a train to Amsterdam (the train left before the tolerance time). It was so disappointing to see this kind of attitude. I am waiting for them to correct the invoice. I would recommend you to pay attention on your return times and request any type of document proving that you returned the car on time.

한국에서 렌트카업체 통해 선결제하고 갔음.
미리 예약한 차보다 큰 벤츠v300을 줬는데 그정도까지 필요도 없울뿐더러 연비도 구림임.

그래도 피곤해서 걍 차 받고 왔는데 차가 커서 주차가 불편 ㅋ
디파짓도 500유로나 가져갔는데 처음 차 받았을때 보다 기름은 3칸정도 차이나게 반납함. 근데 디파짓 177유로를 떼감 ㅋㅋ 유류비+서비스 비용이라고 ㅋㅋ
앵꼬에서 풀로 넣어도 100유로도 안했는데 어떻게 3칸 넣는데 177유로인지 의심들어서 영수증 달라니까 정책상 리터당 4.2유로라함 ㅋㅋ 얼탱이 없음 ㅋㅋ 영수증은 보여주지도 않음 ㅋ
그깟돈 없어도 되는데 이딴식으러 통수치니...원 ㅎ
구러면서 갑자기 내 카드로 311유로 빼가려던 치명적 실수를 범하심 ^^ 다녀온지 2주가 되어가는데 내 카드 정보가 왜 남아있는지 ㅋㅋ 그리고 공항 렌터카 업체면 서류든 뭐든 영어로 써놓던가 독일어로 써놓은 서류를 들이 밀면 뭔말인지 어떻게 알아 ㅋ 독일 다신 안옴 ㅋ

배보다 배꼽임 애초에 한국에서 결제금액의 2배가 넘음 ㅋ ㅋㅋ 부자되시길 ^^ 비지니스상 어쩔 수 없이 독일 왔던건데 얘들때문에 온갖 정 다 떨어짐 ㅋㅋ 별 1개도 아깝다

Nie polecam. Zarezerwowalem auto Cupra elektryk z zasięgiem min 450 km a dostałem ORE ( chiński ) z zasięgiem 170 km a przejechałem 100 i energii było 2%. Pan ( młody z broda ) idzie w zaparte ze to to samo. OSZUŚCI ! Szerokim łukiem
