Despite it being a bit chilly in there, we all had a good experience. The service was great! Very nice and accommodating. And the food was sooooo good! Everybody needs to RUN, don't walk, to try the dill pickle poutine 🤤

STOP!!!! For gas, diesel, air, junk snacks, and incredible meals! I usually have a 2 tier rating system. One for big city restaurants and one for small towns. Madoc is a small town. Finn's is being rated as a big city restaurant. It sits connected to a gas station. Usually, this setup is meh! For food. FINN'S is awesome! If I could give 7 stars for the food, I would. The setting is a regular gas bar restaurant. Service is pleasant, accurate, and reliable. The young man and woman in the kitchen though...working hard, calmly, in a smaller space pumping out regular dishes with Flair!! The tastes feel like a big city expensive diner, but in Madoc. I really hope the locals patronage Finn's. Otherwise, they are missing out. I highly recommend you eat here!!

Waitress was busy when we arrived. We were waiting to be seated and the cook came over. To acknowledge us and told us to take a seat anywhere we like. That was bonus number 1.

Number two was the portions which were huge. Today nothing is cheap and it was nice to witness a full plate. Three is the food was delicious. We don't spend much on restaurants now. Usually cause everything is small portions or mediocre in taste. Not the case with this place. Last but not least was our service, prompt and kept checking up on us. We will be back for sure. Well done guys!!

Cozy, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Good music, not loud, but easy to hear. Roomy and comfortable.

Steak was perfection, garlic mash was great. It's worth going a bit out of the way for dinner.

Came to Finn’s from Toronto because we were staying in madoc at an air bnb. Calamari was melt in your mouth delicious and I really enjoyed my bruschetta wrap. Everything was fresh and satisfying. Our server Bianka was so nice and helpful, she really added to our night. Only complaint would be that the lighting was a little industrial.

Finn’s delivered an absolutely delightful New Year’s Eve dining experience!
The evening began with a beautifully curated charcuterie cup by Cheese to Meat You—a generous and flavorful start to the festivities. For the main course, I chose the Salmon Wellington, which exceeded all expectations. The dish featured two generous portions of flaky, golden pastry filled with perfectly cooked salmon, paired with delicious accompaniments. Dessert was equally indulgent—a stunning Pavlova topped with fresh fruit and luscious whipped cream. The meal was crowned with a charming touch: an individual bottle of champagne to toast the night.
Our group of six predominantly opted for the Salmon Wellington, and every single one of us was delighted with the dish. Those who chose the King’s Surf and Turf were just as impressed, praising the incredible tenderness and rich flavor of the filet mignon and shrimp.
The service was exceptional, thanks to the cheerful and attentive staff, Kendra and Chelsea, who went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful evening. Kudos to Katie and her hardworking kitchen team for crafting such a memorable meal.
Finn’s made our celebration truly special, and I can’t wait to return in 2025 for another fantastic experience!
