Had lunch today in the lobby bar. It’s a great time of year to go and relax in the festive holiday surroundings. Loved our friendly, attentive server Robin. The female bartender( short haired redhead), made great artisan cocktails. My folks had vodka martinis and I always have their signature Old Fashioned.| Yummy food items included the slightly spicy tomato soup, Pear and Burrata Salad, Coppins Burger with the best French fries ever. We shared some Apple Cider Cheesecake, which was the perfect bite.| I may be partial to HC, as we had my daughter’s wedding there. Every dining experience we have had there has been memorable.

I cannot say how amazing this hotel and staff is! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and elegant. We never once heard hallway noise or housekeeping (got to sleep in!) Concierge was AMAZING- responded within five minutes or less every time. Room service from the hotel restaurant impressed us (same quality as if we had dined at the restaurant) and our room had a beautiful view of the area. We got to watch the sunset from our window and loved that there is so much to do within walking distance. I recommend splurging for their Romantic Package ♥️ Definitely highly recommend, definitely will go back again and I have zero complaints

My stay at Hotel Covington was fantastic! The hotel was not only nice, but also very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our room was absolutely beautiful – we only stayed for one night, but we would have loved to extend our stay. We had brunch at the hotel restaurant, and it was top notch, with delicious food and great coffee.

We were also celebrating two friends' birthdays, and the hotel made it extra special by leaving a sweet note along with some local cookies – such a thoughtful touch! I can’t wait to stay again, and hopefully for longer next time. Highly recommend!

Hotel Covington is a nice place to stay, especially for an event in downtown Covington. We went for a wedding in Cincinnati and the reception was in Covington across the street from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. We arrived a little early for check in and they said they would call us as soon as room was ready so we walked down the street a ways to a little diner and had a nice lunch while waiting. We actually didn't need to leave the bar and food was very pleasant and a comfortable place to hang out. We will definitely go out of our way to stay here again.

We love Hotel Covington. I stayed there the night before my wedding. We keep going back because my in-laws when they come visit book there. They love it. The guest service/front desk people are great and helpful. Restaurant is amazing and accommodating.

The hotel presents itself online as a high-end establishment, with pricing to match. However, upon arrival, it becomes evident that the property is dated and lacks cleanliness. The carpets in the rooms are filthy and squeaky, and the mattresses are of poor quality; mine had noticeable bumps, making restful sleep impossible. In comparison, Holiday Inn offers far superior bedding.

On a positive note, the service was commendable. The staff accommodated us with a corner room that provided a pleasant city view. Unfortunately, this did little to compensate for the uncomfortable sleep due to the subpar mattress. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that there was no coffee provided in the rooms.

Three friends stopped in for a coffee and chat and ended up having Irish coffees, tomato soup, and thecorn madelines. All were good and our server Robin was absolutely excellent. However, we were disappointed not to see the corn fritters on the menu. That’s one of unique items on the appetizer menu that kept us kept coming back.

Great room for my husband and I for a quick overnight stop before flying out of CVG in the morning. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer, but we’ll just have to come back. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, and staff were friendly. The whole hotel was gorgeous.
