This place has everything! I think since I've been coming to Howard's Ace, I stopped going to Home Depot or Lowe's. It's smaller but it has everything. And the prices are really good. Every time I ask for help, there's somebody ready to answer my questions. They are very knowledgeable and they explain things so that I understand. I would recommend this place over any other big box store, hands down!😁👍

You know they've got a freezer with ice cream there, too? Like the Dove vanilla bars dipped in chocolate. I just thought that was cool. My kids saw it, so of course I bought some. It made it really fun for my kids. I'm glad they got good memories from going to the hardware store with their dad. 😎🤘

I’m writing this review as I stand at your paint counter. I approached a, what I thought was a gentleman by the name of “CHUCK” and asked for help with paint, (wasn’t even in the store for 30 seconds mind you) and was abruptly shut down and met with bullshit customer service and an attitude. Highly recommend a few hours of “customer service tutorials” for “Chuck”, might help considering his age…

Everyone else including “Christina” and “Dan”. (Btw this was my second visit today to this same store and the first visit was wonderful as well. Can’t remember the name of the white longer hair working the back area. But he was great too.

I've always had a good experience at Howard's Ace hardware. Whenever I needed help someone was right there to either tell me what aisle number it is or they take you there and help you find what you're looking for. Very very good customer service. Not like you find at Home Depot or Lowe's. When a customer service rep sees you, they turn around and boogie the other way so they don't have to be bothered with you

I needed some valves for the water supply for the washing machine from the wall. They were leaking, well one was I just replaced both. Earlier I stopped at home depot. Wasn't sure what I needed. Got home, removed one and went to ace. Forget the giant place. One guy didn't know what he was looking for. He called another. The other came over and looked at what I had. He told me I had the wrong type. I explained that is what I had removed just 10 minutes ago. He took on an attitude and became very reluctant to help me. He continued though. I got two valves, paid and went home. I replaced both and they work well. Just didn't like the attitude and reluctance from the employee. Should I have gone back to the big place? I'm disappointed. I did get a Veteran discount and that is good.

Always a friendly, knowledgable face to help you find exactly what you need from the moment you walk in. If they dont have it, they will help you locate who does. Five stars every time! Thank you!

Walked by at least 6 employees, was not acknowledged by any. I purchased fertilizer and was looking for a tabletop patio heater. When I couldn't find them I asked the cashier, who radio'd and was told "they're mixed in throughout the patio stuff." I was already frustrated after being ignored so I prob missed it on my walk about through the "patio stuff." I gave up and went to pay for my fertilizer. The cashier asked about me finding it and I said no, I don't have time for a scavenger hunt. She was apologetic and nice overall. Because if her and the store is always clean and seems well stocked I'm leaving 3 stars.
I prob won't be returning if I can find what I need at a different Ace.

Awesome customer service! 👍 Clean store. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I went to this location to exchange two sprinkler control valves that I had purchased at another Ace location. I was not aware that that was not possible because stores are not connected. The manager was nearby and the clerk asked him. The manager said no it was not possible! I would have to return the valves to the location they were purchased. I asked where the sprinkler control valves were. As I was walking back to isle 9 to look for the valves I needed, was about isle 3 and the manager said "No frikkin way" to the clerk. Had I not needed the valves tonight, I would have left the store. The sales clerk sold me the valves and apologized for the manager's remarks after I told him I heard what he said. As I left, the manager said something to me like have a good evening, or something like that. I told him I heard what he said and that I won't be shopping there again. I then left and Donnie , I'm not sure if that was his name, probably could care less!
