Best Jiffy Lube service I have ever received. Very friendly and very knowledgeable group of guys.
Took the time to explain the correct oil change for my car and what the difference is between them. Also mentioned other services that would be helpful for my car.

If there was a zero stars I would select that...I came in for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation, that's it, and I was charged $140.38. I called ahead and asked if they had promotions and spoke to Cassy. He said yes they have a promotion for $30.00. He said a tire rotation is a separate cost than the oil change it self, $27.99. With oil change, tire rotation, and the promotional $30.00 off, he made it sound like it would be anywhere between $70-$80 when said and done.

Nope. They charged me $140.38 -$30.00 = $110.38 when everything was said and done. $110.38 is the cost of dealership I stopped going to because of costs for going to the dealership for this service.

So let it be known that dealership costs $110.00 while Jiffy Lube costs, $140.38 for an oil change and tire rotation. What?!?!

Not so unheard of for this location judging by the additional negative reviews on costs...

Not to mention, one of my windshield wipers is completely torn and on the inspection report it stated "appeared ok".
It's falling OFF. This leads me to believe they really do not even do the work they say they are charging you for.

I cannot begin to express my anger about this whole experience today. I feel taken advantage of and screwed over.

I added the receipt to this review as proof, just not with my vehicle info in the shot.

I will never go to ANY Jiffy Lube again. Period.

They may be able to change your oil with no issues. However, do not take your car to have its brakes changed!! I had my breaks changed, and they started grinding. I called and spoke with the shop, and they did switch out the brake pads. They gave me an explanation of why they believed the grinding was happening. Since having my brake pads changed, again they continue to grind. Now I'm going to have to take my car elsewhere and pay hundreds more to have them fixed properly. Save yourself the loss of money, time, and frustration and get your work done elsewhere.

As a student living in Tempe, AZ, I recently visited the Jiffy Lube on Guadalupe Road for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Casey and team were incredibly helpful and went far beyond just the basics.

Casey and his team this morning on 1/11 were awesome!!! They were all smiles even in the freezing cold, ready to work, and super thorough with all the customers. There was a compassion in each of their voices that was so refreshing to hear. Highly reccomend!!!

They're always efficient and courteous. I appreciate that besides giving your car a clean oil and filter, they also use protective floor covers and vacuum your vehicle. So your car is clean in the interior too when they return it to you.
