Nous avons passé 2 nuits en novembre 2015 avec des amis pour la vente des hospices. Bruno et Anne sont charmants et très accueillants. Nous avons eu une grande chambre à l'étage très agréable avec des lits confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner, très très copieux, frais, un vrai plaisir. Le Clos Saint-Nicolas est à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui permet de laisser sa voiture pour le WE !

This chambre d'hote is of the highest quality. We had a large and beautifully decorated room with a double bed for me and husband and a single bed for our daughter. The bathroom was beautiful too with a large bath which was great for relaxing after the journey. Breakfast was good quality too and the welcome was warm without being intrusive. Parking was easy and the house is quiet, being set back from the road. It's a short walk into the centre of Beaune so easy to find somewhere good to eat. We ate at the Caveau des Arches which was excellent. Overall I would thoroughly recommend.

This B & B is very close to the motorway and within easy strolling distance of Beaune for evening drinks and meal. We had a trailer and bikes on the car roof so were pleased to be able to park behind the house which has a secure gate on to the main road. Anne made us a cup of tea when we arrived and we sat in the garden. The room was wonderful: very comfortable bed, attractive decor and lovely bathroom. Our breakfast, which we also ate in the garden, was superb: fresh fruit, gorgeous pastries, bread and jam. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a night on our journey south through France from the ferry. We were welcomed with tea and gallettes. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view overs Anne's garden. The bathroom was lovely - clean, with all the necessary luxuries and an excellent shower. We had a lovely (short) walk into the town centre where there was a good choice of places to eat at a range of prices. As we were tired after our journey we had a quick brasserie meal, but there is lots of choice and Anne will again advise. The following morning we had a lovely breakfast and Anne gave us very useful advice on things to do in Beaune before we journeyed on (including a visit to the market to stock up).||Whether, like us, you are just passing through, or you are looking for somewhere to stay a little longer while you explore the area you will find Le Clos a wonderful place to stay.||||Note: Their website has the name as Le Clos Champagne St Nicolas http://closchamp.stnicolas.free.fr/homepage.htm

Bruno and Anne were just the most lovely hosts. We arrived by train and they offered to pick us up, our train was late and Bruno came twice to the station until he found us... after checking in, we were going to the Euro Car rental office and again, Bruno drove us there. And no surprise, he drove us back to the Train Station when we departed. The B&B was just beautiful. Our room was more like a suite. Separate water closet, large tub and shower with double sinks. Our 2-twin bed room had double glass doors to the patio, more closet space than I have in my own bedroom, and the beds and linens were superb. I slept GREAT! The breakfast was standard Euro, pastries were picked up daily by Bruno, fresh from the local bakery and Anne had a different home made fruit salad every day. Bruno kept cold beer in the fridge for us and there was a coffee and hot plate station available to us as well. The B&B is located just a 5 minute walk outside the Walls of Beaune which made it great for evenings when both of us wanted a drink with our meal, we could just walk home!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this B&B.

We booked this bed and Breakfast without any previous knowledge. What a great find. Our hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful. We were greeted as if we were friends from long ago. The room was so charming we did not want to leave after a couple of days. Breakfast was freshly served either inside or out in the garden. The center of Beaune is an easy 10 minute walk. Park you car at the B&B and forget it. It was such a pleasant experience we highly recommend staying there. We will return.
