Nous rentrons de 5 jours dans cet hôtel, nous avons été accueillis classiquement sans accueil particulier sauf par les portiers ! Merci messieurs, vous êtes les seuls à vous occuper de notre bien être !
Arrivés dans la chambre, elle était nettoyée partiellement, il y a avait même des cheveux dans la douche !
La chambre est correcte sauf les placards trop petits nos affaires pour 5 jours ne sont pas rentrés … la salle de bains est un placard !
Au bout de 3 jours : surprise notre badge ne fonctionne pas, nous descendons pour dire qu’il est demagnetisé mais la réceptionniste très froide nous lance un : c est normal il me faut votre voucher ! Quoi ? On est là depuis 3 jours … on nous a rien demandé a l’arrivée … bref on montre notre mail de confirmation et elle nous réactive nos badges mais c’est normal ça pour un hôtel qui se veut de standing Laisser ses clients à la porte au bout de 3 jours ! Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié ce traitement c est pour le principe … quand on rentre après 18 km de marche on a pas envie de cela surtout qu’il suffit de le demander à l’arrivée !
Bref nous n’avons rien dit pour la chambre sale et cet incident mais regrettons notre choix…
Enfin attention Clim/chauffage très bruyante !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel tout neuf. Idéalement situé au calme à proximité des grands noms de la 5ème avenue et de Times Square, cet hôtel offre des chambres cosy et une literie très confortable. Mention spéciale au personnel très sympathique et aux portiers particulièrement chaleureux !
Seul regret : l'absence de cafetière dans la chambre.

My new favorite spot in New York. I'm a flight attendant so I have a lot of hotel experience. When I arrived a front desk guy ran to the door to open it for me and he was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered late night food and the girl at the desk called me and offered to bring it to my room. She was so nice and happy! And the Italian guy in charge of room service really cares about his job.
The bed is comfortable. The staff is happy. I don't have a single complaint 🙂

I got a super tiny room, it’s functional but the aircon is way to loud for a proper sleep, if you turn it off, the room temperature was too cold, so I had to sleep with a beanie. Probably in summer a good option but definitely not in the winter. I just spend one night there… otherwise I would have asked for a different room. Check in was fast. And staff was nice.The restaurant, which serves breakfast was okay, would I go again, only under special circumstances.

Nice hotel conveniently located in midtown. The rooms are what you would expect in NYC and quite small. The superior double room does not have a door to the bathroom which was very inconvenient for us due to we were there with our adult children making privacy challenging, so be aware of that.

We had a service need due to the shower door leaking and they quickly fixed it. They were also quick to respond with other services such as request for extra towels.

The customer service was excellent, we were especially pleased with Mr. Oswald, concierge, who made excellent recommendations and greeted us professionally and enthusiastically each time. It was our daughters’ first visit to NYC and they were so excited and he really made it a point to show interest in their experience and welcome us all. Because of his wonderful customer service, our family really had a magical New York trip!

We will definitely choose this hotel next time!

The staff was the best I have ever witnessed in New York City. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The held our bags before we checked in and offered to hold them after we checked out. The room was so calming and comfortable and we just loved it. We even went to the lobby in our pajamas for a Christmas photo and the security guard took all of our pictures and couldn't wait to help! We had so much fun. Happy Holidays.

We stayed here over thanksgiving week and had a great experience. I was a little apprehensive given some of the reviews online but we had a really nice stay. We had a king bed room with a terrace. Terrace rooms are great- they are located on the second floor in the back of the hotel which eliminated street noise along 5th Ave in the front of the hotel. The room was small, but most rooms in NYC are small. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. If I had to call the front desk for something, they always brought what I needed promptly and with a smile on their faces. One of the doormen who worked the 3pm-11pm shift, was delightful. He always greeted us by saying “welcome home.” If I’m in NYC again, I’d definitely stay there again.
