Edit: If you see a bunch of new 4-5 star amazing reviews about this place it's because they are doing a giveaway for a gift basket. It's amazing what they will do to avoid actually helping and responding to their residents.

Please do everything you can to avoid living here. The management is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. It takes months of constant emails and phone calls to get even the most basic issues addressed. Packages are constantly lost or stolen because there’s no front desk or proper mailroom in the second building. The mailbox system is confusing and inconvenient. There’s no reason we should have to go back and forth to front desk just to unlock it.

On top of that, I was charged $50 just for accidentally locking myself out of my room right after I started moving in. There’s also a recurring silverfish problem that management has yet to properly handle. I’m paying an absurd amount of rent for a tiny room, while others get spacious master suites for the same price or less. It’s frustrating, unfair, and completely mismanaged.

Honestly, you'd be better off splitting a house with friends or finding literally anywhere else to live. Save yourself the stress, this place is not worth it.

I really appreciate the team working here behind the scenes. Roma and Oma do an amazing job keeping the floors, amenities, and common areas clean. Their hard work makes a real difference in keeping the building welcoming. I see Rick and Vin handle so many different tasks, from taking care of the garbage to watering the plants. I've seen Rick painting walls and do maintenance calls too. Their dedication keeps everything running smoothly.

Beyond their hard work, what stands out the most is how kind and welcoming they are. Every time I run into them, they always taking a moment to greet me as I enter and leave. Aryan at the front desk is also incredibly helpful and always makes sure residents feel supported.

This team puts in so much effort, often without the recognition they deserve. I sincerely appreciate all that they do, and they have genuinely improved my stay at Masonville Yards.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Masonville Yards. The building is nice and the location is super convenient. I especially want to mention the receptionist — she’s always so kind, welcoming, and really helpful whenever I have questions or need anything. She definitely makes living here even better. Highly recommend!

I visit this building almost everyday. It’s always clean, and welcoming. But what truly makes it stand out is the receptionist, Holy. She is an absolute gem! Always helpful, incredibly well-organized, and consistently available whenever I need assistance. Her friendly attitude create such a warm and positive atmosphere.

The one star is entirely for the receptionists — genuinely helpful and kind people at both the front desk and leasing office. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been consistently disappointing.

Here’s a breakdown:

Refund still not received: We’ve been waiting since September for our surplus rent and deposit refund. Despite emails, in-person visits, and even escalating to multiple managers and companies, it’s now been over 7 months with no payment. Just silence and excuses.

Useless amenities: The pool table has been on uneven ground for years, making it basically unusable. Still advertised as a perk of the building.

Common area tech rarely works: Arcade machines and TVs are broken half the time. It’s more common to see “out of order” signs than working equipment.

Building has a known silverfish issue.

If you’re considering Masonville Yards, be prepared to deal with broken promises, poor maintenance, and zero accountability when it comes to your money. The front-facing team does their best, but they’re clearly not being supported by management.

Jasmine is an absolutely amazing person and a truly hardworking individual. Every time I see her at the front desk, it makes my day better. She is always attentive, kind, and professional, making every interaction a pleasant one.

What truly sets Jasmine apart is how much she genuinely listens and acknowledges concerns. She has heard and addressed more of my concerns than management, who often fail to check emails or respond in a timely manner. Most of the time, management isn’t even in the office, but Jasmine is always there, ensuring things run smoothly.

She is an invaluable part of the team, and I honestly get concerned whenever she isn’t around. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and caring as Jasmine, and I truly appreciate all that she does.
