This was my first visit for an eye exam in three years.

I visited the Waterbury office across the way from Starbucks and same lot as CVS and Dunkin.

I will start by saying I was nervous and was wondering what to expect. The tech that asked me general health questions and did a few test was helpful in answering my question about screen time.

Then we went into the exam room where Dr. Tran probably noticed how nervous I was. He cracked so many jokes while I was there maintained his professionalism. He answered all my questions.

Third step was to choose my frames and get my prescription sent out.

Last step was to head back into Dr. Tran’s exam room where I found him jokingly asleep. He examined my dilated eyes and thankfully eyes are healthy. Thank you everyone for a most joyful experience today. I will recommend this location and Doctor to anyone needing care.

They have a great team. All very nice and helpful and not out to take your money. They worked with me in my budget. From entering the building to leaving I was very happy with them and would recommend everyone to visit this establishment.

been going here my whole life and refused me because of my insurance - people at the desk didnt help me they just made me feel stupid. love the doctors at this location but will be going the extra mile to find another office.

I was at first hesitant to go to a chain practice as I prefer a private practice. I chose this establishment because my my insurance changed and I had to go “In network”.

The technician that did some of the initial tests was friendly and explained what each procedure was. Dr. White was very thorough as well. Professional yet not beyond a little personal touch that put my fear of doctors aside.

I was told that my glasses would be in approximately two weeks. They arrived in one week. “Under promise, over deliver” is a strong business model.

I will be returning to this practice when I need my next exam or glasses.

It states be arrive 10 minutes early. There were not ready. When I tried to open the door at 7:55 am both ladies just started at the door.. The selection seems much smaller than prior. The lady that assisted me just pointed at everything when I picked out glasses she said those were a charge even tho she pointed to the selection that I picked from . Just a bad experience overall.
The old location, those ladies were nice and polite. I loved going there. I WILL BE CHANGING MY LOCATION MAYBE EVEN ENTIRE EYE DR...

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I have a family of 5 and 3 are kids I showed up 10 minutes late getting my family ready to get there . The lady in front was so rude in front of my family with a serious face saying plainly your late you have to reschedule. I don't recommend this place at all unprofessional, rude , and nothing near family oriented. This place will be out of business soon , I suggest removing the lady at the front desk . Can't believe she gets paid to be rude to people like that dragging that business down and customers walking out that door.

My eye exam was good. The doctor was very professional and asked/ answered my questions. I ordered glasses, the man assisting me was very helpful and patient. They took about two and half weeks to come in. I expected about a week. The glasses are nice, however I needed them adjusted and one pair was good the other pair they couldn't get it adjusted after 3 times so I left it alone and figured I give it a few days. The girl assisting me seemed like it was a bother since she had to go in the back room to fix them or pass them along to the tech. Waiting on her I noticed another customer asking about his adjustments and the same thing. Seemed like they get bothered when hey have to go back to fix them. The glasses fell off my face when I bent over and they don't sit on my face well. Wearing them all day I get frustrated having to play with them constantly. I am going to try another My eye doctor location to see if they can fix them to my liking.
