Pour la troisième fois, nous avons passé un séjour très confortable dans ce gîte ou tout est parfais, du confort à l'accueil. Le gîte est très propre et ammenagé avec beaucoup de goût.Les propriétaires sont des gents charmants qui savent mettre leur domaine en valeur. La piscine "propre" et le jaccousi sont bien agréable pour se mettre en forme. Vraiment c'est un lieu magique où nous retournerons encore et encore.

Nous avons particulièrement appréciés l'accueil que nous ont réservé Enid et Kevin les propriétaires du lieu. Les gîtes sont très agréables et tout est prévu pour faciliter notre séjour. Quel plaisir de profiter de la piscine chauffée et du jacuzzi avec une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante !

This is a great place to stay. We came with our 11 year old son for a week in the summer holidays and we all really enjoyed it. We came away all wanting to go back again. It is a very relaxing holiday in beautiful french countryside. The night skies are amazing due to the lack of light pollution. We really enjoyed the swimming pool which never gets busy as there are only three gites which use the pool. Lucy and Andrew are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The gites are very comfortable and there is a home from home feel.||We really enjoyed the night markets and trying the delicious locally produced foods and wines. There are lovely walks which take you through hazelnut, plum and walnut trees from the gites.

Lovely memories are flooding back as a write this review of our recent visit to Peyrenegre in the small village of Labretonie in the heart of a beautiful region of South-West France. The only thing that surpassed the beauty of the region was the gite itself and, in particular, the hosts: Lucy and Andrew. A first glance at the property will assure you that this is clearly a labour of love and not merely a business venture. As others have stated, the properties are very well-equipped making arrival and first meals etc very straightforward which is not always the case. As a family of five with a 6, 4 and 8 month old in tow, I'm sure we were not the easiest visitors to accommodate but Lucy and Andrew did it admirably, providing a baby bath, high chair and cot for our baby daughter. The elder two were very fond of the hot tub (despite the high temperatures!) the lovely pool and 5pm - animal feeding time. The property is very well situated for a number of great activities. We enjoyed the night market at Laparade, boating on the river Lot at Castelmoron and a trip to the medieval village of Puyols. Though, to be honest, there is not much reason to leave Peyrenegre at all. I will miss running through the sunflower fields which are abundant in the local area and early morning bird watching en route to the boulangerie. We will also miss our charming hosts, with whom we shared a lovely and delicious midweek BBQ, along with the other guests. This is a great place to go on holiday, especially for families. I only wish we'd booked two weeks rather than one!

Set in beautiful rolling countryside, the three gites are thoughtfully furnished and look beautifully rustic with exposed stone walls. Very modern facilities with a fantastic pool and hot tub with a view. There is a sauna and games room, with table tennis outside too. Relaxing watching the night sky with minimal light pollution whilst sitting in the hot tub was a real treat. Lucy and Andrew are everything you could wish for from hosts - charming, knowledgeable, helpful and generous with their home grown veg! Our children really enjoyed getting to know the sheep, lambs, geese, guinea pigs, horses to name a few. We enjoyed several days out at local markets, night markets, Chateau de Bridoire, had a fantastic time kayaking and swimming and hydroplaning at Castlemoron sur Lot, and swimming in the beautiful waters at Lougratte. Equally lovely spending days by the pool! For our first family holiday in France we have been truly spoiled!

We stayed in this wonderful place for a week in August with friends and our children. We were blown away by the views and how quiet it was, surrounded for miles by fields of sunflowers. On the 1st night, we sat outside, enjoying a glass of vino and watching a meteor shower in a sky full of the brightest stars. Just beautiful! It was a safe environment for the kids with plenty to keep them entertained. There was a games room, a table tennis table & a fab pool which we struggled to get the kids out of! Lucy & Andrew were very welcoming & friendly and always on hand for any questions or advice on where to go. They even put on a BBQ for us to enjoy with the other gite guest which we really enjoyed. There are plenty of places to visit I the surrounding area if you wish to. I can't recommend this place enough. Just perfect!

We had an idyllic week at Peyrenegre in July. Lucy and Andrew were very welcoming and our boys loved the daily animal feeding. The pool was fantastic and well used in the heat! The outdoor space was great for long lunches and dinners and sitting outside until the stars appeared. We explored the local area and would recommend the night markets; the countryside is stunning and the roads are so quiet. We would thoroughly recommend Peyrenegre and we hope to return soon.
