This company used to be great, so much so we have 6 of their vacuums that our technicians use on their daily routes. Now there are no parts in stock and it takes a month or two for anyone to call you back. Two of our vacuums need repair and we sent them a power vac that needed a new cord back in December and have yet to receive it or any type of communication of what's going on. It's forcing us to buy other brands of pool vacuums, basically starting from scratch which isn't cheap.

I am glad to see that powervac is responding that they are not out of business, but we have been waiting for 2 years for parts and cleaners and they haven't answered emails or calls from us or our distributor. So it sure seems like they shut down. And since we can't get parts, we are going to have to start using another brand. Our distributor had to drop them also for the same reasons.

Five star service from this company. I own a few of their carts and would highly recommend them. The company did have a period where the phone lines were not working BUT they reached out to me and resolved the issue. You can’t get better service nowadays. I’m looking forward to many more years of using their products.

We paid for multiple vacuums and promised delivery years ago. Refund the money or deliver the vacuums. This is unacceptable.
