I was sent a link to the Villas at Poipu showing the condo that I had rented. After a couple days in the condo I realized it looked nothing like the one that was represented. I asked for an explanation and they replied that they had made a mistake. They replied that if I had notified them when I arrived that I could have moved over to the the other unit. This was a lie because I found out that the unit was occupied. There website and the rental agreement that was signed all refer to the Villas at Poipu. We were in the Regency Villas. When I spoke with Shannon she mentioned that I was staying in the $ 800 / night unit and the other unit was $ 1500. I asked why I was charged $ 1,100/ night . I have asked for some compensation for there admitted mistake. I have not heard anything back. The only thing that needed to happen was admitting to the mistake and deal with people honestly and fairly. I could have lived with that. We left early because the unit that we were staying in had a bad mold problem and my daughter was staring to get a reaction to the exposure.
Wouldn't deal with these people again.

Upside. It was a great condo and it was clean. Downside. A man walked in without notice to service the Hot Tub, "Awkward" and there is very limited parking for large vehicles and trailers.

*This company is nearly impossible to communicate with. The listed phone number does not reach a person. They provide a number to text, which receives a response, if you’re lucky, maybe half the time. They insist on using email. I left several messages, but it took 2 days to get a call back. This would not be such an issue if there were no problems.
*There is NO ONE to check patrons in or out.
* Frankly, there is simply no one to contact at all. It is very frustrating.
*The property we rented could be better maintained.
*Chairs were collapsing due to loose screws.
*Towel racks were falling off the walls for the same reason.
*There was some electrical issue which caused breakers to pop.
*There was a very persistent offensive odor of feces that assaults when one walks in the front door. It did not decline the entire stay.
* We found former guests underwear in one of the beds. For the most part the bedding and towels were clean, though the towels were small and few.
* The unit was pretty clean overall, the stove and refrigerator could have used a good wipe down.
* It was fairly well stocked with necessities.
* The location is great.
* The complex is very nice.
* My daughter brought her poodle. We made arrangements for the dog to go to my other daughter’s home so as not to break the no pet rule. I blew the whistle on myself, via their “text” #. No response, just an email with the extra penalty fee.
If customer service is important to you then THIS IS NOT the place for you.

We stayed at 2309 N Park Center Dr, Washington, UT 84780. Wow it was wonderful! We were able to fit our whole group. It sleeps 16 and has five bathrooms! It was so clean and comfortable and has everything you can think of. So fun to have the pool and pickle ball courts to walk to and the personal hot tub on the deck. Adults loved it, kids loved it. It was wonderful! One of our favorite rentals ever. We hope to come back!

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the rental agreement for the property in Hurricane, which we booked through Airbnb today for 12/1-12/5. Upon completing the booking, we were presented with an additional rental agreement that significantly alters the terms and conditions we initially agreed to.

Our primary concern lies in the hidden disclosure regarding the mandatory signing of an extra rental agreement. This disclosure was not prominently displayed in the original listing, making it difficult to locate and understand the full scope of the booking terms. This practice is misleading and raises questions about the transparency of your company's policies.

Furthermore, the additional rental agreement imposes strict cancellation policies that were not clearly outlined in the Airbnb listing.

Given the discrepancies between the Airbnb listing and the additional rental agreement, we feel that our rights as consumers have been compromised. We kindly request that you reconsider your decision and provide us with a full refund for the rental.

We have always enjoyed using Airbnb for our vacation bookings and have never encountered such a situation before. We believe that Private Vacations' practices are unfair and could potentially deter potential customers from using your services.
