I can't say great enough!
I had the pleasure of doing business with Neil today. My wife and son were settling in to spend a week together at our trailer, when late Saturday evening, the AC decided to quit on us.
I was able to source what was needed to be a "hero" to my son, and got some great advice from a good man!
Go see Neil if you have any issues, and you'll get what you need, with friendly advice and a proper handshake at the end!
I was at the service side, I'd imagine the campground is great too

We had issues with hot water tank and after speaking with Neil , he was very informative . Gave us lots of pointers and also took phone calls and talked us through the steps. We went back and picked some other parts and he showed my wife and I what we were looking for with out Hot Water tank. He even said he may swing by and assist us next weekend. We left feeling so happy . It’s nice to see there is still good people out there . Would highly recommend Quality RV services for any of your RV needs … Thanks Neil ! Chris and Kelly

These guys are the best at what they do. Very friendly and always willing to help. They have a beautiful 3 season campground, not far from lots of great stores in Madoc, ON. It is also close to some of Canada's natural beauty, with many lakes nearby and a few conservation areas.

Extraordinarily helpful! We were mid camping trip when we realized the problem we had with our camper we brought it in, on the Sunday A.M. and he fixed it up for us! No questions asked! Great guy, very helpful, was willing to show us how to fix it! 10/10 service! And would recommend! He 100% saved our camping trip

You can depend on Neil to get the job done right and at a fair price. You would be hard pressed to find nicer people than Neil and his wife. They both have amazing RV knowledge and I'm pretty sure if they don't know about it...it doesn't really exist. With the two of them on the job, your worries are over.

We stayed for two nights on this campground. Very friendly park and relaxing. Stephanie and Neil are very kind and helped with a few things to our RV. Really enjoyed their superb friendly service! We had a great time and would love to come back again!

We live literally around the corner and use the winterize service every year. They're a great couple, always friendly and great to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.
