Do not I mean do not use pickup as an option unless you want old expired food. It's happened more then I can count. Just recently half my pick up order was expired. Also getting a refund is hard because you already left the store. When you call you can barely reach someone. Trying to reach anyone in the store is horrible! I'm going to cancel my membership and just got a Costco. I'll pay a bit more for great customers service and food. Better quality! Every year my job gives me Costco card as a gift and it's amazing.

Do not use pickup as an option unless you want old expired milk and other products. It’s happened twice. And just recently half of my pick up order wasn’t placed in my vehicle and I had the hardest time getting a refund. And trying to reach anyone in the store is impossible. I cancelled my membership and just got a Costco. Better quality and actually know what they’re doing

I love love Sam's club. The Scan and Go is a very amazing feature they even made to a way that as soon as you walk by the attendant at the door it detects and you don't have to scan your receipt. I can not express how much this place is convenient. Value for Money and Time.

I shop at this location about three times a week, and overall, it's a great experience. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist when needed. However, the food court can get quite busy, especially during peak hours like lunchtime, so I'd recommend avoiding those times if you're in a hurry. On the plus side, the self-checkout with the phone app is a game-changer – it's quick, efficient, and makes the whole shopping process much more convenient. A solid location for frequent shoppers!

Since I 1st became a member Years Ago, this location has Severely gone from great to bad! Nearly Every time I go to This Sam's I have a negative experience which is sad because this is the closest 1 to my home. I'm Hoping things will Improve at this location or I won't be renewing my membership when it expires.

Let me just start off by saying that I only use Sam's club because that's what my work pays for. It's sucks. Sam's club doesn't even compare to Costco when it comes to service and how they take care of customers. Sam's has 1 or 2 lanes to checkout with cash you have to stand in line for 30 mins just to check out. Employees standing around on their cell phones chatting it up with each other while we have to stand in line is unacceptable. When you ask if they can open up a new lane they tell you they can't do it unless my manager tells me to. Be better and do better!

Consistently understaffed, staff don’t answer the phone and when they do if it’s a problem they hang up. Poor experiences with curbside delivery mainly. If items don’t get delivered their process completely breaks down and you end up purchasing from elsewhere. I now try to purchase from Costco as much as possible.

Not enough help at the customer service desk. Waited for quite some time. 16 min. The line didn't move once. No one came to help the other person working the desk. On my way out i complained about the lack of help and that I have other things to do rather than wait forever in that line. One of the employees states that the supervisors were probably on break "as always". Not a good reflection on your supervisors there. When I called to complain, it sounded as If the supervisor(cynthia) didn't believe me because I wouldn't describe the employee to her. At the end of the conversation, the supervisor (cynthia) hung up on me. Didn't say thx for calling or even goodbye. Nothing. So no wonder your employees think negatively about you. I called back and the same supervisor answered and told me that she already knew who the employee was and shes already being talked to. After that, i asked for her manager. Spoke with a him (sam) and he was much more understanding and helpful and I hung up feeling good about the conversation. Cynthia needs more courses on how to deal with customers. JUST READ SOME OTHER REVIEWS MENTIONING THIS CYNTHIA PERSON. THIS NEEDS TO MAKE IT TO CORPORATE. WHY DOES CYNTHIA HAVE A SUPERVISOR POSITION?
