Il n'est pas évident de choisir un hôtel pas trop loint de Disneyland, celui-ci est très bien placé, juste à moins de 8 minutes à pied.|Hôtel de construction récente, chambres confortables et spacieuses, avec réfrigérateur et four à micro-ondes dans la chambre.|Petit déjeuner inclus, même si l'hôtel permet un large choix, je trouve que la qualité est très moyenne, c'est dommage, je préférerais des produits moins industriels et moins gras.|ATTENTION....|OFFRE MEILLEUR PRIX GARANTIE|Si vous achetez votre séjour sur le site internet IHG, vous pourrez lire " meilleur prix garanti", celui ne sera jamais applicable pour une clientèle étrangère, car les tarifs sont payable en monnaie locale, donc la comparaison peut se faire uniquement dans la même devise, donc si vous réservez en euros, au final du paiement celui-ci se faira en us dollars, donc vous ne pourrez prétendre à cette offre si vous trouvez un tarif moins cher dans les 48 heures, et malgré vos échanges avec le service client, celui-ci ne vous répondra jamais.|Donc très mauvaise expérience du service client du groupe IHG avec une offre qui pourrait être trompeuse.|Hormis cette mauvaise expérience, j'ai trouvé cet hôtel très bien.|J'avais très envie de séjourner dans un hôtel Disney, il en existe 3 sur le site, mais les tarifs proposés par Disney sont prohibitifs allant jusqu'à plus de 250% par rapport aux hôtels voisins.|

Last August, The amazing staff stayed on the phone with my parents for a good 15 minutes to help my parents find their way to the hotel. My parents love the staff and the environment. When they walked in they loved the decor.
I loved the staff. I called to see if the staff could do something special for my parents, who were there celebrating their 55th anniversary. The staff left a bottle of wine and a sweet card on their bed. The staff was so sweet!

Terrible. Website says there is free breakfast but there’s not- just 10% off coupons for the restaurant next door.
Shuttle to Disneyland is a joke and feels like false advertising- ended up walking 1.5 miles to the parks each day due to unpredictability of the service.

Pool looks nice in photos online but is unswimmable- was a gross cloudy green color during our stay.

100% would not recommend. Negative stars if possible.

This hotel offers a good value, especially for those headed to Disneyland. Apparently, there's a bus that goes right there, leaving straight from the parking lot. It does seem as though everyone (but me) staying at the hotel goes to Disneyland, as most are wearing Mickey ears. The outdoor pool is warm, and while the gym is a no-frills operation, it does include a few treadmills, free weights, etc. The bathrooms have stand-up showers with strange heads that have several settings that spray well but none that hit you with a pressured stream. Having a decent fridge with a freeze compartment is a nice perk, a sad rarity in modern hotels.

This is a sleazy hotel with shady business tactics.

1. Attempted to charge me $28/day to park with no other alternative. Their staff made the parking fee seem like it was clearly mentioned in the confirmation email and booking website. They couldn't show me in my confirmation email or on their booking site where it said this fee (because it wasn't there) and ended up pulling up a pretty obscure part of their website to show me. This is a hidden fee. They dropped the charge down to $15/day like they were doing me a favor.
2. On their website it also says free breakfast which wasn't offered.
3. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting.
4. Beds were clean and comfy, but the bathroom had bugs flying around the sink drain and cheap toilet seats that needed to be tightened.

Not impressed and felt mildly scammed because the room was close to $200/night.

・アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ。
・客室清掃は1週間以上のステイでない限り行われない。タオル交換はお願いすればやってくれる。
・ランドリーは場所が分かりにくい。9階に上がってエレベーターの裏側の部屋にある。洗濯機と乾燥機が2台ずつ。1回3ドルで、支払い方法はクレジットカードのタッチ決済のみ。綺麗だった。
・朝食料金が込みなのかどうかよくわからなかった。
・レストランとは別に、飲料と軽食を売るカフェスタンドが朝のみ営業する。(マフィンがとても美味しかった！)

En si es un hotel cómodo por la cercanía a los parques de Disney! Mi tema es que no hacen la limpieza de los cuartos y no tienen las solicitudes que se agenda en la reservacion por ejemplo yo pedí una cuna y no me la dieron hasta el día siguiente de mi llegada! El check in es hasta las 4:00 pm y el servicio de transporte para ir a los parques de Disney se paga aparte 6dlls por día por persona! El personal muy bien!

Writing this review as we are about to check out. Absolutely loved staying at this hotel for 4 nights. We took the ART bus from the airport here which was a little scary because we never used the app and we didn’t know what to expect at first but we booked the shuttle and got our vacation started right on time. We have a member of our party who uses a wheel chair which made transportation to and from the hotel, and from the hotel to Disney, a total breeze vs needing to take a vehicle.

The Sonesta hotel resort area is a main bus stop, which means you walk mere steps out to the bus to be on your way to Disney which drops you off closer to the security vs any other method of getting there. You are dropped off right there at security. This is starting to sound like a bus review I know 😂😂

The rooms at the Sonesta are rooms that are clean and easy to sleep in. The wheelchair accessible room has a long nice hallway. The service workers were attentive. The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing every single interaction including the man who works at the bar late this week! He was super nice to someone in my party and they interacted frequently.

Let’s not forget about the pool. It’s lovely and I was able to swim a few laps back and forth and it felt great.
