I stay for 3 weeks and this is my 4th time visiting Japan so I stay in a lot of places. First will say the positive, it close to 2 train station one 7 min walking and the other around 16min. Both have a combini by the station very convenient to just grab something before going to the apartment.
Second it does have a kitchen, washer machine, and a nice shower/tub/toilet. Have a nice fridge also and that it. Also the check in it was nice I got there at 1am and it was putting a code in a machine and got my keys. And the owner responded quickly. WiFi was great. They had a sate with a key that was nice.
The negative it's a little longer, the room have
"everything" but it's not true, there some missing things to use in the kitchen like a spatula | bought one, a functional pot the one there have a hole so the water just came out so I had to buy one, the stove just turn off everything few minutes, the dishes when I arrived was dirty, the sponge was use tor I don't know how long was disgusting l bought one. The trash situation not instructions just a tiny trash can in the kitchen and 2 other by the door for recycling. The room was disgusting dust everywhere, the stove dirty, we had roaches a few times, I noticed because the windows where a little open all of them, and they have this dusty curtains no way to notice, but the windows don't close fully they are old and get stuck the problem it's not the windows open it's that make sure to to protect the room ring and there's not net to protect the room of entering, I make sure to put the trash every morning and don't have food on the room exposed, I had some to keep the roaches out. The entry of the building it's disgusting coming to the stairs is even more.
Now the most annoying it was that my room have 2 walls of old windows that again don't close completely, and the neighbors was a motorcycle mechanic and very early and very late at night he was working on the motorcycle sometimes, because we have 2 train stations the train was laud but what it was worst I think the people that work cleaning and or the owner live there or close to the building they talk so laud I can hear their conversation I understand that Chinese language tent to be laud but men it was so annoying because sound like they are fighting inside my room, the talk I from of the building where they park a car like a garage that is also the only way to go to tirst floor hallway I was in second floor. Not only that they do not tell other tenants to keep it quiet at the middle of the night they stay in that area to smoke they even have a thing to put the cigarette that all the smell go to my room again the windows sucks. They have a TV but is only selling Japanese stuff normal TV that it's not something you want to see for everyday or your kids and the HDMI it block and can't move the TV and the back of the TV full of inches of dust.
They have a washer machine with no place to hang the stuff, usually bath area have a thingy that you can hang the clothes but this one don't have any, so l hang them in the curtains pole but it was full of dust and make my clean clothing dirty again, and not only that it take around 3 to 4 days to dry because there's no better way to hang the clothes. No space for the bags very little space to put them in the middle of the only path to walk, the bed are hardddd and the pillow so thin. I wanted to clean the room I was staying for 3 weeks but there no product beside the dish liquid to clean. I hated there. And to closet the last day the owner knocked the door 30 min before check out like get out and btw the check inn it's at 5 and the check out at 10am, other places it's at s and 11 which is more convenient. There's more to keep adding, but me experience in staying in Japan specifically in apartment style like this all over Japan since 2016 this is the word THE WORST place I ever stay. Also to add they lace it's not easy to tind and it you are with bag coming late at night l recommend. I added some videos and pic to show.
