After working all day at the Hospital I was not happy about having to get my car towed home after catching a flat..luckily I got Joel to pick up my vehicle and drive me home with it. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth and enjoyable experience driving with Durable. He was funny and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and displayed great driving skills.

I was in a car accident on Christmas eve and the insurance from the person that hit me had me bring my car here and let me just day they have been so great with us!! They were quick and had the car done before the estimated time, they kept us well informed during the whole process and were so kind and pleasant to work with. The lady at the front desk answered any questions we had and was just so polite. Thank you guys for the great work on my car it looks beautiful and Drives great now! Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing repairs or body work done on their vehicle.

They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my car. I have a Mazda CX 50 and the parts are really hard to find. The entire staff was extremely friendly and polite throughout the entire process, kept me up-to-date on everything that they did. Rosario and Stacy were simply wonderful to work with. My car looks better than it did before the accident. I’m thoroughly impressed with the work they did and very grateful that they managed to get it back to me just before Christmas. Ran over a Phillips head screwdriver and knew I had a flat. Called AAA and Mike arrived within 10 minutes and got right to work, only to find out the hole was too big for a plug. He sent me to Gabe’s Auto Sales & Service to have it patched and they got me right in. Makes you grateful there are still good people in this world! Thanks Mike!

I had a pretty unique situation where I had my one ton truck and 20 ft roll off dumpster trailer behind me down a 400-ft driveway stuck in the ice and snow. I didn't know what to do. But Bernie from durable came out assessed the situation. Came up with a plan to get my truck and trailer out. He pulled my truck out of that driveway so professionally it was unbelievable. That guy deserves a raise! Durable towing should be honored to have a guy like him! Thank you again

I highly highly recommend this establishment. Honest. Trustworthy. Took care of my truck in less than 2 hours. AAA certified. Polite, welcoming, wonderful staff. Ray was my guy.
If you are in Waterbury or near town. Look them up first. Will not regret it.

I had gotten into a car accident, and I chose Durable to do my repairs because of their great reviews.
First, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Stacey, the woman who runs the service/repair desk is so polite and sweet! Always a pleasure to speak to! Keith, who assisted me with my vehicle walk-around, was so patient and understanding! I loved how he answered all my questions and addressed any concern I had. Not only did they take my car in immediately, the car was completed EARLY! They were very communicative through text, so I always knew the current status of my repair. They even VACUUMED my vehicle and it feels better than ever. Thank you to all of the workers!!
