Waited for curbside pick up for 10 minutes, went inside only to find out it was not ready, took another 15 minutes inside. Could have went and hit everything myself. No concern or apology or anything from staff

Every employee was super helpful, and the assistant manager gave me some cost-saving tips on my project. Great selection at the store. They had almost everything I needed in stock, including some quirky items. Will be back for sure!

Found out yesterday late that I needed support slats for a bed frame but didn’t have enough budget to get much of anything. So I got up early to run to my local HD just to see if I could swing the 4 slats I needed on my very limited budget. Lucky me! Allen the lumber dept. manager came toward me and asked if he could help. I told him what I needed and my sad state of finances and urgent need for slats. He found the ALMOST perfect size needed and trimmed the necessary boards to the Perfect length, by hand for me and gave enough of a break on the total cost to fit my budget! Then walked my boards and me to the cashier up front and found a very helpful fellow employee , Seriph, to carry them to my truck. This is why I ALWAYS shop at Home Depot for so many things. Thanks to terrific customer service from cashiers ( sorry I didn’t catch her name), to managers and really so many helpful staff I know I can find what I’m looking for at Home Depot. Thanks again Allen!

Home Depot is such trash now. Every time I buy something I always have a problem. Bought a vacuum online. Vacuum is brand new and doesn't work. They say contact the manufacturer. Manufacture says they can send me a new part but I have to tare it all apart and reput together a brand new vacuum. Go to exchange it for a new vacuum in store. The store says since I bought it online that they can only give me my money back and can't do an exchange. Vacuum is now $200 more and they expect me to pay the difference on a broken vacuum. Officially done a new Lowe's customer.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for about 5 years. It used to be pretty good, but the last year or so has just been awful to not great. It’s hard to find an associate to help find the things you need or someone calls the right person to come to the right department and you wait for 20 mins and leave. Cashiers are not helpful for the most part. Went in there tonight and we were looking for an appliance bulb. Stopped the guy walking down that aisle and asked him. He told us he was new and didn’t work in that department so we should go look over by the appliances. Fine…not a great employee but I will let it slide cuz he’s new. But going over to check out and it is ALL self check out now. There were two women standing in the area and as we walked into the self check out, before we even got to a kiosk, we were rudely asked if we were paying cash or card. Several times we were asked but didn’t understand what she was saying. I finally replied “card” and she curtly told us to use checkout number 3 or 4. She was just so rude!! I’m pretty sure we could have figured that out on our own. Felt like this Home Depot has turned into a Walmart!!! I will try to use the cave creek and thunderbird location in the future. If we experience that same customer service, I’ll drive the 15 minutes to Lowe’s.

I go to several home depots, this was the cleanest home Depot I've been in. Find me assistance was easy as well. I love that each one of them is organized fairly similar to the others, it's only a few little things that end up being different. They always feel familiar when I go into them.

Carson in the Lumber Department provided 10 star service. He was friendly, very helpful, took the time to help me, and always had a smile on his face. He helped me find a product I could not locate then cut the piece of lumber per my specifications.
