AVOID BOOKING THIS PLACE!

I had one of my worst travel days because of the Willow.
Booked this place half a year upfront and should receive the code to get into the apartment a month before arrival.

There were some issues with my credit card apparently and I tried to contact Willow, she said everything will be fine.

After that, my US trip began and I was traveling around for 3 weeks before arriving at Willow.

1 week before arrival I still did not receive any information to check in yet and I started calling her.

10 times, 20 times, 30 times... Unreachable!

Called Booking.com saying that there is something suspicious here but they only could help me when check in time at arrival day had been passed..

As I expected, there was no answer from the owner of The Willow, also tried coming here but there is no reception.

Booking.com arranged me an alternative in the end but it was just terrible to arrive like this in LA.

Don't book here!!!

We arrived and the property had no power. I only get an answering machine and they won’t return my calls. They have already charged my credit card! Ugh! No place to stay and no refund yet!
They will not return my phone calls!
