What a great place. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a 120% price guarantee, trade up program on sewing machines, unlimited machine instruction classes, and a 10 year parts and labor warranty. You can't find that anywhere else. I'm glad I entrusted them with the purchase of my sewing machine.

Jon, the store manager will hang up on you mid call. Please be aware about giving this store a call with any questions!!!! My mom bought a very expensive Miele Calima vacuum from this location and out of the blue it stopped working. I brought the vacuum into the store and payed money because right away Jon told me it probably was the motor. I payed for the motor change and thought that with a new motor all problems would be gone. Not at all, less than two weeks after I payed for a new motor the vacuum stops working. I take it back to him and right off the bat his attitude was very upsetting and he looked very annoyed. While at the store I make sure all my information is updated in the system since all of a sudden he couldn’t find my information. Three days pass by and I call and he tells me he hasn’t even looked at it yet. I completely understand so I call back a week later after not hearing anything in regards to the vacuum, only for Jon to tell me that the vacuum has been ready to be picked up for days. I picked it up and asked why he hadn’t given me a call like he usually does to let me know that it was ready. He said they didn’t have the correct number but that is false because I verified that everything was correct before I left. I called again today and he sounded very annoyed that I was calling about my vacuum not working because as he said, “He fixes them correct every time.” I told him, “My vacuum is not turning on Jon & you told me it needed a new motor. I payed for the motor and you changed it and the problem continues.” He tells me “Well there was probably water in the motor.” To which I responded, “That’s incorrect because you told me that while changing the motor you saw that it was a cable that had overheated.” He got VERY angry, mumbled something to me and hung up. I’m very ashamed of the service since I’ve been a customer for years & did not expect this kind of service to come from the store manager. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning back to this disrespectful location.

I purchased a Janome machine here 4 years ago and love it. Today my machine malfunctioned (My fault as I used the wrong bobbin), so I brought it in for help. John patiently worked for almost an hour and a half trying not to damage the shirt that was jammed in the machine. He succeeded and wouldn't even accept the cash tip I offered! He even carried my machine to my car. Fabulous service!

Dropped off my Janome sewing machine for an annual cleaning/adjustments. Brought back home...set up to sew. Machine only clangs and jams up. Took machine apart...what a mess. Not cleaned; not sure I can fix to running condition. Very disappointed, I had taken my Janome to this vendor for years...never again.

We have been buying various sewing machines for our business through their location throughout the last year and they all work like a dream. Ive never given a 1 star review. The store did not follow through and order my Dyson vacuum warranty parts. I kept calling. The store kept giving me the run around. I called Dyson to find out about my replacement parts. This store never followed through with the order. I've never had something like this happen to be forced to write a poor review.

I took a sewing machine in to be serviced. I received a call back a few days later that it was like The Tin Man and needed oiled. I picked it up and paid $139.00.
The first time I used it the reverse button did not operate. I was told the machine was totally operational. I took it back after calling and explaining that it had been serviced. I was told the machine was too old and parts for it were not available The salesman then tried to sell me a used sewing machine. He then showed me a battery operated mop for no reason. I feel that on my initial visit to the store i should have been informed that parts were no longer available for my machine. I have been taken for $139.00.
