There’s no need to fear Warren is here! I got 2 machines from Warren in Pembroke Pines and will always buy from here. There’s a large selection of different machines and if you want something else Warren will order. I got a Juki MO2000qvp serger for Christmas Had my sights on another model but Warren encouraged me to look at the 1000 or 2000 and I am so happy he did. With an extension table I wanted. EXCELLENT . Warren is also the best mechanic around I brought in my older discontinued serger which no longer had parts and he fixed it. He replaced my hoover vacuum wihin 2 days of dropping it off. I also bought a juki exceed HZL-f600 sewing machine here on the spot 2 years ago . I needed a new bobbin case and he gave me one he had . So thankful. Once upon a time I went to other local places and they kept my machine and me waiting on a pedal for almost a month. I love both my Juki babies and my hoover vacuum Warren takes my calls and his knowledge and service is unbeatable. He is always pleasant and patient with my questions and I feel secure that if anything happens or I want an additional machine I can call Warren.

I had a great experience at Top’s. I am a quilter and love to sew. Warren Austin was my salesman. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I purchased a Janome sewing machine. He got me started. Then he quietly left and allowed me to explore the instructions.

I was able to thread machine, run a bobbin, use automatic thread cutter and needle threader. It has so many more fun features than my old Viking. It hums as it sews. Tension threads perfect.

I would recommend Warren and Tops to all my quilting sisters.

I brought in a very very old Singer sewing machine and I honestly thought it could never be revived. But Warren saved the day. It was in very bad shape, rusted and really was not working at all. Warren was able to not only fix it, but he got all the rust off and the machine looks amazing (NO RUST) and it works like a charm. I have been using Tops for many many years and they are the only place to repair a sewing machine. I have also in the past take a Hoover carpet cleaner and again Warren repaired and that machine is still working today. I highly recommend Tops. I will continue to use them for as long as I own a sewing machine or vacuum. Thanks again for your amazing job and attention to detail Warren. I wish I had thought to take before and after pictures.

Warren was fabulous in all his assistance. I brought in a machine for repair. He was honest from the start when he said it was undesirable. I ordered a new one and my husband upgraded it. He saw the purchase through from start to finish and his communication was terrific. He followed through every step of the way including a refund due to me. Hope not to go back soon for repairs but I love my new machine and will work with him from now on!

After talking with so many shops and most of them being rude, I found Tops Sewing. Warren was very nice on the phone, and very knowledgeable. I took a 2 hour trip to have one machine serviced, and pick up my industrial serger. He set it up and explained everything thoroughly. Even loaded the serger up in my truck!I was also able to order a machine that got shipped to my house from Tops. I will definitely be making more trips here to see him! Cant wait to buy my next machine from him!

I'm so so happy i went to Tops to get my machine repaired! I knew it would be a tough job when i started calling around to get my thrifted 1949 singer simanco looked at. I found the machine dilapidated and in rough shape. Tops was the only one willing to take a look at it due to its age and condition.

I left it with the kindly gentleman, Warren, who was so professional and kind. He called me within a couple days with the work order and quote. He was so understanding of my budget. Understandably, it took three weeks for the antique parts it needed to arrive and he called me as soon as the machine was ready. I'm so extremely happy with it and its perfect!!! Warren is the best! He’s Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I bought a sewing machine from him last October. I had an issue with it, I brought it to him, and, not only did he fix the problem ( at no charge to say the least), but he educated me on how to prevent the issue in the future, I HIGHLY recommend him.
