Pésimo lugar, los empleados son groseros, no son amables, no quieren trabajar y siempre que se les preguntaba sobre algo hacían gestos y ponian mala cara. Definitivamente no recomiendo para nada este lugar, no es económico pero el trato al cliente es de lo peor, no solo por teléfono, cuando vas presencial es terrible. Definitivamente nunca mas rentaría en ese lugar. Si piensan rentar por favor vayan a otro, a no ser que quieran ver personas amargadas, groseras y con 0 ganas de trabajar y de brindar buen servicio al cliente. Me los aguante 2 años y si pudiera les daba 0 estrellas.

Very insulting moment. My dropboff time documented for 8:15. Place didn't open until 9am, after arriving at 8:10 and no after hours drop-off, I leave to not waste time of my day waiting for 45 mins, and as I'm driving back to drop off for the second time I received a call at 8:58 saying if the van is not back immediately they will report the van stolen.

Pésima atención. El sistema no registra las citas telefonicas u online. Me hicieron ir dos veces para una instalación y no me atendieron en las citas que ellos asignaron porque el mecánico no estaba. En ningún momento se disculparon. Incumplidos e irresponsables. Mal trato del personal al cliente.

Yesterday I had to pick up a van that I reserved, I was outside for an hour all night with the temperature at 50F, I could never leave with the truck, they did not put the key in the locker that corresponded to me.... This is demandable...

This location is excellent. Amanda, along with the other staff members, was very pleasant and helpful from the beginning. The pickup and return process was exceptionally quick, which was particularly convenient given my tight schedule. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
