面签办公楼下有停车库，非常方便，但收费有点高。位四楼的面签办公室内空间有点小，但预约好的，人到了基本就能很快安排办理相关手续，从审阅申请材料到照相及最后打指模，整个过程所耗的时间不算太长，办事效率还算是比较高的。总体感觉还不错。

I got my stamped passport in 3 days. That was some speedy service.

Came here for Canadian Temporary Visa passport submission. Visited without an appointment on a weekday. Took only 15 mins and I was out.

The building has an underground parking, not sure of the parking charges. I parked on the le doux rd, there are parking meters with ample space and charged 75 cents for an hour.

You will be screened when you enter. They have 2 counters inside.
The processing fee for the Canadian visa comes out to be 20$ approx. if you want the passport to be delivered then an additional 34$. If not you can collect it from the same location when it is ready.

Once submitted they will provide you the link for the tracking alongside and tracking id for your application.

I applied for a visa to France through VFS. It was very hard to find appointments at any of the locations but I finally found one here at Los Angeles. There was barely any wait time when I showed up to my appointment, staff was courteous and helpful, even catching a mistake in a date and allowing me to resubmit the document right after the appointment. They were very knowledgeable and ensured my application was set up for success. They told me I'd get my passport back in 2-4 weeks but I got it in just 1 week. Very impressed with VFS France and the French embassy.

One negative thing is they don't have a contact phone number. You have to email them and wait up to 48h for a response.

My travel dates are fast approaching and I still havent heard back from VFS on where my passport is. I keep calling their call centre and write on twitter but no help. I hope there was a direct number to this office location who would help with the exact status on my passport. Its been 26 days now but status on application tracking still says " embassy has reviewed application and passport is ready for collection" I am not local so cannot even go in person to that office. If I have to cancel my trip because of their inefficiency then it would absolutely suck. Very disappointed.

I submitted my student visa application to the UK on January 11, paid about $500 for the application and then around $1100 for the health fee. This is for the year long visa. Then I went on the VFS website and made a biometrics appointment for January 13. I paid for the student package which was $95 online and then an additional $45 in person. I uploaded all my document ahead of time. Once I was seen my appointment took about 10 minutes. I was told it could take up to 15 business days for my passport to be ready with my visa. I received a call today saying my visa was ready and I went to pick it up. So only took a week from my biometrics appointment. I also have an American passport and it was for a student visa which is why it probably was quick. Mark and the other staff (sorry I didn’t ask their name) at the location were very knowledgeable and patient! Overall I am very happy with the service and I would recommend.

It’s been almost one month and my passport is been stuck at the centre. I have an urgent work to do. Earlier they never informed me that I am missing the consent form and money order. I had to contact customer service for tracking of my passport and they told me that center did not had your information to contact. They could have contacted me on the number provided on the mail. My passport was received by them on 10th December but until now on 29th December there’s no idea when I am going to receive it . Every time I contact customer service they tell me that they have wait for center to update anything.

website does not work well on the phone. Did not receive an email that my application was missing a paper. I had to call/complain/message customer service to be heard. And the last straw that they didn’t update the application status.
Update: got a call from customer support that told me about the missing paper. Sent the paper and hoping the issue gets resolved. Raising it to 2 stars
Update 2 bumping this to 3 stars as I got a the passport and the email notifications were working. If I didn’t complain then my deadline would’ve passed. Although no one notified me that I had a missing paper, they were prompt when I sent them the new package and resolved the issue. The TEMP 2023 number was mot given to me until very late. They should provide that upon payment as I only got a CAN number.

It has been over a week after I got a called to confirm my address to return my passport from LA to SF and now I didn’t get it yet? There is no tracking provided from courier that I able to track my passport. Is this how you take care the important documents? Try to contract e-mail, Facebook, Twitter non of this able to solve this problem.
