*disclaimer* don't just assume that because your paying over $100 a night for a room that its gonna come with toilet paper or towels ... because that apparently is up to u to provide! I've never in my life got a room and had to provide my own!! So just beware..other then that, it was alright.

The exterior of the building does not represent the comfort and facility of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was newly renovated. Fresh clean bathroom, small fridge and microwave was a nice treat after a long day of business. The counter was a bit high or I'm a little short. Flat screen TV with cable, desk and WiFi for my lap top. Although the comforter should be refreshed more frequently the bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and crisp. I also found the room to be very quite in spite of being on a busy street. It was a restful and appreciated stay.

Six years ago they offered monthly rates of $716. I called last week as my rent increased nine-fold and enquired. They start at $500 plus extras WEEKLY. All these businesses gouging people since lock down is truly unconscionable.

I found elsewhere more accommodating and far less greedy and dismissive.

It has been a few months since I left. My review stands. I would not put my worst enemy in this motel.

They lie to you on the phone. Then when you show up they profile and discriminate. The process to rent a room is sending your ID to someone over WhatsApp.

The place is also dark and smells bad. Staff aren't friendly nor is this place.

It's not a 5 Star Hotel but it's definitely a 5 Star Motel. In comparison to any other Motel in the city, it's by far #1. The rental rate is cheaper than most Motels but are of higher quality. The rooms themselves are comfy, cozy & clean for the most part. The service is outstanding! Anytime I've encountered an issue or have simply needed something, the staff are quick to respond. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. Before I checked in for my first night I have to admit I was dreading it. As soon as I walked into the room, I instantly felt relieved.

Stopping for a night in London, wanted a cheap place for 1 night. Checked TA and this had only a few reviews, but gambled on it. Its a budget hotel, so my expectations were only that it would be clean quiet place with functional Wifi. It was exactly that. Building is old, and a bit rough on the outside, but room was ok, and most important, it was clean.||Wifi was good, and bed was very comfortable. I stayed again on return trip. That room had non-functional Air Unit, they switched me to another room and it was OK. Watch carefully as you pull into the parking lot off the street, its narrow and marked just by poles, might be easy to miss at night.

Excellent service, excellent price on last minute booking. Very quiet. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and presentable.
Not spacious in the least, but perfect for a short stay.
I loved every second of my stay here and will be booking again soon!

The service was 5/5, when I went in the room it appeared to be a renovated room that was clean. After being woken up at 6:30 because of being itchy I had to find what was wrong, and I found a bed bug. Once I realized there were bugs I trapped it for the staff to see and jumped in the shower right away. The towels look white until you hold them to the in the direction of the light. It is a amazing location 4/5.
